Telephone platform - General outage
Our telephone platform is currently down, and we are working to identify the source of the problem.
Update 1:
Our telephony provider engineering continues to work on the ongoing outage to restore services to normal as soon as possible.
We do not currently have an estimated time for service restoration, but all technical resources are being mobilized.
