Since July 1, 2014, the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) ONLY accepts electronic fingerprint submissions for civil purposes. This new process aims at improving service levels and accuracy of your screening. Please note that since July 1, 2014, paper submissions are not processed and are returned to the originator.
